規劃建設一個敬天愛人的国家公園 [复制链接]

原文：上個月被邀請參與探討一個長城國家公園的規劃建設工作。这一段45 公里長，5公里寛 位于河北山海关與北京之間的長城，延途景色优美，山勢壯丽。


译文：Last month I was invited to participate in the planning of a Great Wall national park. This section of the Great Wall is 45km in length and 5km in width,situated between Hebei Shanhaiguan and Beijing. The view is spectacular against a backdrop of magnificent mountains.


       
译文：可是，这个明代建起的国家级文化遗产必须受到保护和保育，才能够留下来给我们将来的子子孙孙。


原文：However, this great national heritage built in Ming dynasty definitely need protection and preservation for our future generations.

   
译文：看着长城下的聚居者把长城的砖石搬走，用来建他们的房子，我感到心痛。


原文：It's quite disturbed to know that the people living along the wall removed the ancient wall stones to build their houses.



       
原文：对自然之美的破坏 ，人比自然更可怕！


译文：When it comes to destroying the beauty of nature, human is a force far worse than the nature itself!


原文：如果我們想建立一个讓我们子子孫孫都能享有的国家公園， 建立一个人與自然和谐的国家公園， 我们需要讓人的素质與大自然、歷史遺留給我们的古績之美能够相匹配。


译文：If we would like to establish a national park for our future generations to enjoy,one that puts nature and mankind in harmony, we will need to match the quality of our people with the beauty of nature and the historical heritage.


原文：改革開放 三十年後，物质文明大大的提高了，但 精神文明 顯然没有同步跟上。 我以为綜覌今天的社会，我们最缺的不再是與物质文明有关的硬件，而是與精神文明有关的軟件。而規範與公德的缺失,我想是我們今天很多社會問題的根源所在，因此建立規範與公德應該是我們今後大家一起共同努力的目標。


译文：Thirty years since the opening up of China, we have seen a great modernization of“material civilization”. However, our “spiritual civilization” still has a long way to go. In my opinion, the society today lacks the software related to“spiritual civilization” so much more than the hardware related to “material civilization”. And I believe the roots of the many social problems today, can be attributed to the failings of rule-compliance and social virtues. Therefore,we should all aim at strengthening rule-compliance and social virtues.


原文：由中國儒家和道家的古訓中我們學到了 天人合一的道理，那天清晨我站在長城之上，人在天地之間，能真正能感受到人的渺小，人需要首先謙卑自己，敬天以追求人與自然的和諧，愛人以建立人與人的和諧，在一個敬天愛人的社會裏，人與自然都有機會。


译文：We have learned from ancient Confucian and Taoist teachings that human and nature are one. And that morning when I stood on the Great Wall, right between the Heaven and Earth, I could feel the limit of mankind—it is when we respect the Heaven and pursue the harmony of man and nature with a heart of humility, and love our people and create a harmonious society, that the nature and mankind will have opportunities to sustain.


原文：因此我們需要規劃建立的是一個 人與自然和諧，人與人和諧，敬天愛人 的國家公園。


译文：Therefore,this national park should be established with the purpose of mankind-nature harmony, harmony between people, respect for nature and love for man.

这是历史留下来的财富。当贫穷占据时，估计搬走砖头的人们也不会去想那么多了。建设国家公园，要从这群本土人的理念开始建设。期待看到一个历史与现代和谐共存的国家公园。

我们的精神文明还有待提高，正如彭先生一直所说，人的思维改变是最难的。期待这样一个敬天爱人的国家公园。

当生存问题得不到解决的时候，人最原始的本性便会显露出来，那就是谋生谋生。其他的一切都不重要了。

我同意彭先生的看法。我想，这些古代的砖头，并不是在老百姓们穷得吃不上饭，住不起房子的时候被捡去建房子的，事实是这种现象到现在也一直在发生。所以，是我们的思想文明没有跟上。今天，还有谁穷到要去捡这种砖头来盖房子呢？老百姓第一是贪便宜，第二是不懂得“文物”“文化”这些东西的重要性，所以他们还是这样去破坏文物古迹。

当然，现实中不光是普通老百姓这样去做，很多文物古迹的破坏，也是因为当地政府的功利。很多古迹被破坏了，在原址上盖商业建筑，盖形象工程，等等，此类现象也不少见。

作为一个民族来说，在建立起精神文明这个大工程面前，我们每个人都任重而道远。

敬天 爱人，简单的道理，但是大家真的履行起来，也会带来很大的影响和变化的

文物文化文明的保存需要我们每一个人的参与，可是现在不仅平民百姓不懂不重视，也有很多政府人员为了自己的利益而大肆破坏。对这些真的感到很痛心。精神文明是我们民族的根，我们不能丢弃

彭先生总能站在一个很高的位置看问题。其实近年来社会上出现的林林总总的事情，也都是精神文明的确实造成的。物质财富的创造和积累，我们已经做的很出色了，但是精神层面上的，似乎还有很长一段路要走。
