In the past years we have been working very hard to help the poor rural villagers in China to be able to live a healthier life. To accomplish that, we have been focusing on all three areas of the health care, the preventative measures and the medical treatment. Of course, both the villagers and the rural doctors playing the critical roles in the success of our programs in all those 3 areas . We therefore have to bring up the health awareness of the villagers through the continuous grass root health education programs. We also have to enhance the quality of the rural medical staff through many medical training and development programs. It has not been easy in the past to help the doctors in the rural areas to get exposed in person to the state of the art modern medical technology and experiences. Thanks to the modern technology especially the rapid development of the telecommunication technology. The facility like this one at 湘雅 Hospital, has help us to address our problems.

在过去的几年里，我们一直致力于帮助中国贫穷农村地区的农民过上更健康的生活。为了达成这个目标，我们从保健、预防和治疗这三个方面着手开展工作。当然，要做好这三个方面的工作，村民们以及当地的村医起着决定性的作用。所以，我们必须持续不断的在基层开展一些有关医疗卫生的教育项目，来提高村民的健康和卫生意识。我们也必须对农村地区的医护人员进行相关的培训及通过开发一些项目，来提高这些医护人员的专业素质。在过去，要让农村地区的医生们亲身感知和获取现代的医疗技术和经验，是一件很不容易的事。多亏了现代科技的进步，尤其是电信技术的迅猛发展，譬如说湘雅医院远程会诊中心里的这套设备，帮我们解决了这方面的问题。

Using the computer and modern telecommunication technology, the expertise of the top notch specialist at the hospitals of the big city can be transferred directly to the doctors in the rural areas during a training session. It can also help the rural doctors to make better diagnosis and even enhance their capability to perform a successful surgical operation.

通过电脑以及现代的电信技术，大城市医院里的顶尖专家们可以在一个培训课程上就把相关的专业知识直接传授给农村地区的医生们。这些通讯技术也可以帮助村医们改进自己的会诊水平，甚至可以帮助他们提高自己进行外科手术的能力。

However, on top of all the modern facilities and equipments of the hospitals, and the greatly enhanced medical skills and competences of the medical staffs, I think at the end the most important element of all, has to be the caring and loving hearts of the doctors and nurses. Without that, the curing they can provide to the poor patients would never be effective and complete. Therefore, while we are working very hard to enhance 医术 of the medical personnels, it looks like that to make the fundamental change in the health condition of the poor rural peasants of China what we should work even harder is to enhance their 医德 .

译文：
但是，除了配置这些高端的医疗设施和设备，以及提高医护人员的专业知识与技能之外，我想最终来说最为重要的，一定是医生和护士们的关爱之心。如果没有一颗关爱的心，他们永远也不能给这些贫穷的病人们提供有效和完善的医疗服务。所以，要根本性地改善中国贫苦农民的健康状况，看来在努力提高农村地区医护人员“医术”的同时，我们更要注重提高他们的“医德”。

我相信医德提高了，那么医患纠纷肯定也会少很多，这个社会也就会更加和谐。

说到医德，让我想起古代的名医扁鹊和华佗，以及现代的白求恩，那是多么高尚的境界。希望当今的医护人员们多向这些前辈们学习他们的“爱人”之道。也希望在彭先生他们的影响下，越来越多的村医们更加地懂得用关爱之心去对待贫穷的病人们。

很多时候很多人做很多事情，我们不排除他们有着某种目的或者为了某种利益，要做到纯粹地去做某些事情，似乎并没有那么的容易。或许做事多站在高的角度，我们可以离“纯粹”近一点。

对于医生来讲，医术固然十分重要，但是品德似乎更加重要。这样的医生对于病人，也才会真正起到“医治”的效果，也才能带给周围更多人的关爱！

彭先生，看着这篇文章，自己有点分心，只抓住了某些关键字，比如说关爱
最近我在领导一个小团体，我是希望通过关爱大家，建立一个强有力的团队
但他们不像我们基金会里面的长辈同学们，我发现很多人不是很享受我的这个方法，甚至觉得这是多余的，这对他们造成了负担
我很困惑，在关键的时刻大家没有积极性

我也小小地发表以下感触吧．在我看来医术和医德应该密不可分的，有了医术才有好能力，有了医德才有责任心，二者缺一不可，当今社会的发展的确带动了医学的进步，人们的医疗问题在很大程度上得到相应解决，然而漏洞还是有的，老百姓有时也会产生误解，比如每人每年都要交一定的医疗费啊，他们就想政府又在敛财了．我觉得不仅医生需要努力改善就医环境和服务质量，我们广大人民也需要增强意识，全力配合，提高素质．

对啊
现在很多有医术的医生都想靠着自己的这身本领多赚点钱~~
医德？？似乎已经忘了
不过 我觉得湘雅的医生护士都挺好的
上次去医院看的时候 觉得他们对小孩很关注的

看了着篇文章,我也说说自己的经历.我在保靖看过两次医生,有次是发烧到39.5度,我一进医院,那医生就问我带钱没有?我说没有带,想打好了一起付钱.可是那医生说没有带钱打什么针啊!还有一次也差不多,一小瓶盐水50块.当然,我并不否定有很多好的医生.有很多的医生医术是一流的,可在医德上却是很落后.我觉得着些医生应该从医德声上下功夫,怎么样实现一个医生的价值!

科技能改变医疗资源分配不均的问题。医德就只有一步步慢慢的感染了。

现在的医生医德好的好像没那么多了。。。。。据说现在很多医生都是看人开药，不必开的为使医院多赚些钱可能也会开给你。
