复制城江村的“十万元户”（彭定中2013年2月于贵州丹寨城江村） [复制链接]

2013年2月21日，彭定中先生在贵州省丹寨县兴仁镇城江村视察嘉里集团郭氏基金会在当地的扶贫基地，以下是他想与大家分享的故事和风景。

城江 is one of our first model village in this 國家級貧困県，貴州丹寨.  We began our work here to help the villagers to alleviate from the poverty about 5 years ago.  Our holistic approach was not just to give them money, but to help to build up their capabilities in the areas of health, education,enterprise and environment , so that they can create opportunities for themselves and for others. The new village health clinic below is a very nice piece of hardware. However, more important than the hardware itself is the caring and loving heart which is needed to maximize the value of the hardware so more poor in the village can be helped.
译文：
贵州丹寨是一个国家级贫困县。城江村是我们设在贵州丹寨的第一批示范村中的一个。5年前，我们开始在这里开展帮助农民脱贫致富的工作。为了帮助农民们，我们不只是给他们钱，而是从整体考虑的角度出发，培养他们在卫生、教育、产业和环境等方面的能力，这样他们就能够为自己，也为他人创造出机会。照片中这个新建的村卫生室是一个很好的硬件设施。但是，比硬件设施更重要的，是人们的关爱之心。有了这些关爱的心，硬件设施才可以最大程度地发挥作用，从而让村里更多的穷人得到帮助。

I have visited 城江村 many times in the past years. During each of my visits, I have managed to have a communication session with the village management committee and some representatives of the villagers.
译文：
我已经来过城江村很多次了。每次来这里，我都会设法和村委会以及一些村民代表开个会，和他们进行交流。

原文：
Through the years, I have witnessed some positive changes in the villagers' lives in the areas of health, education, environment , and especially the enterprise . I still remembered not many years ago the average annual household income was less than 3000 yen in the village. During this trip when we met, I took the opportunity to congratulate them to become 10,000 yen household (万元戶). They laughingly correct me and told me that they are more than 100,000 yen household (十万元戶）today.

译文：
这几年来，城江村在卫生、教育、环境、产业等方面都得到了很多发展，我就是一个见证者。在这些发展中，又以产业的发展最令人瞩目。我还记得几年前这个村的年平均家庭收入连3000元都不到。这次看见他们时，我祝贺他们已经成为“万元户”了。但是他们却笑着纠正了我，他们告诉我，现在他们已经迈入了“十万元户”的行列。

Of course, through the years the villagers have worked very hard to enhance their capabilities so they are able to better create the wealth. They have applied the new agriculture technology and the current market information to grow the watermelon and blueberry to meet the market needs.  Obviously, we are very happy to see that the results have shown their hard work has borne fruit.

译文：
当然，为了更好地进行创收，村民们这些年来一直在努力提高自己的能力。在种植西瓜和蓝莓时，他们运用了新的农业科技，并且及时掌握相关的市场信息，从而使得他们的产品更加迎合市场的需求。我们很高兴地看到，从统计结果来看，村民们的辛勤劳动为他们带来了丰收的果实。

We are also happy to see that after having created opportunities for themselves, some of the villagers with the caring and loving hearts began to take the initiative of establishing the coop 合作社 to help their fellow villagers to enjoy the similar opportunities for a better life.

译文：
我们也很高兴地看到，在为自己创造了机会后，一些有爱心的村民们开始发起了合作社，来帮助别的村民们，让他们也有类似的机会来创造更好的生活。

原文：
I found out that in today's China, the uneven distribution of opportunity does not happen just between the city and rural areas, but also among the villages within the poor rural county. Compare with 城江，this village in the same county of 丹寨 is much poorer.

译文：
我发现在今天的中国，机会分配不均不仅仅存在于城市和农村之间，甚至在农村地区的不同村子之间也同样存在。相比城江村来说，同在丹寨县的这个村子要穷得多。

I remembered when I asked the villagers of 城江 if they were willing to help to replicate their successful model of transforming 千元戶 to 万元戶 or even 十万元戶 to other poor villages，their response was very positive. Of course, the transformation we are hoping to make in the rural China is not just more wealth, it is ultimately more caring and loving heart for others. Only when one day the majority people of this society can walk out of 小我 and enter into 大我，they care for not only 利己 but also 利他, we will be able to realize our China Dream.

译文：
我记得当我问城江村的村民们他们是否愿意把他们从“千元户”转变成为“万元户”甚至“十万元户”的成功模式传授给别的村民时，他们给了我非常肯定的答复。当然，我们希望在中国的贫穷农村地区作出的转变不仅仅是增加村民们的财富，从根本上来说，我们是希望培养出更多对他人的关爱之心。只有当有一天，这个社会大多数的人都可以走出“小我”而走入“大我”，不只是关心“利己”，同时也关心“利他”时，我们将可有实现我们的“中国梦”。

如果中国更多地出现凡人之间相互帮助，而不是指望一两个超人来
拯救世界，那么中国人会生活地更加舒心

什么时候我们那里也可以变成“十万元户”就好了。

呵呵，先从万元户开始

看到页面上有篇08年丹寨的帖子，对比着看，从照片上看村子干净了很多，比起以前的照片有一种亮堂的感觉，人的精神面貌也是。尽管现实会让过程艰难，但是最终时间会见证付出的改变，让人慰藉。

真好呀，村民们的生活越来越好了

挺好的 希望越来越多的村庄能通过这样的模式致富！

看到他们取得了很大的改变，很好!  希望这种脱贫致富的模式能得到更多的推广，更多的地区和人民得到受益。

很高兴村民们愿意把自己的经验传给别的村子，在发展经济的同时他们没有丢掉曾经淳朴的心。现在很多地方经济虽然发展起来了，但是人却没有以前幸福了。

真是古朴的村庄，淳朴的人民。很高兴他们能保持“ 关爱他人之心”。
我最近在看哈佛公开课《公正》，里面的自由主义者认为： 税收是一种偷窃，因为它把富人的财富用来帮助穷人，这是一种不公平不公正的做法。但我认为这种观点是不对的，虽然我不能明确的辩驳，但是现在我觉得可用用彭先生所说的走出“小我”而走入“大我”，不只是关心“利己”，同时也关心“利他”来反对。我们是生活在这个世界上的人，我们不能仅仅在乎自己，还要关心身边的人。说到底不管穷人或者富人，我们都是为了这个社会的进步而奋斗。
