Ten years is not a short time in life. I still can remember vividly many of your faces when I met you for the first time. If I have to quickly sum up the changes you have made in the past ten years, I think that it's the growth. You have all grown not only physically but also spiritually, not only stronger but also wiser. Since you are the integral part of Sulan , your growth has also made Sulan grow. It has therefore been a great ten years for Sulan and for all of us.

译文：
对于一辈子来说，十年并不是一个很短的时间。我现在还很清晰地记得我和很多同学第一次见面时你们的样子。如果一定要让我总结一下这十年来发生在你们身上的变化，我想那一定是你们的成长。你们的成长不仅仅在于生理上的更加成熟和更加强壮，也在于心智上的更加坚强和更加睿智。你们是组成素兰家庭必不可缺的部分，所以你们的成长也就是素兰家庭的成长。所以，对于素兰家庭以及对于我们所有人来说，这十年真的是伟大的十年。

In the past 10 years we have grown from just one member your big brother 杨秀春,

With the six new members joined us this year, we are a family of 46 young members today.

Sulan is indeed a family with great talents, 臥虎藏龙之地。Just like 美萱 said in her message for the Sulan 10 year-reflection that you have had life experiences well beyond your years and therefore are that much wiser and stronger to embrace life and explore the endless possibilities it has to offer.

We have just celebrated Sulan's 10th year anniversary. In the past 10 years, together we have grown in many ways. I can see that you all have made a difference to each other's lives. I am confident that in the future, you will remain as family members and good friends, walking together and supporting each other in the journey ahead. I am grateful to have the privilege of witnessing your growth. It has been a great pleasure in my life. I am sure that Mother would be very proud when she watches us from above.
